The company is quick to respond back to questions and concerns. They are upfront at the very beginning of what the process is, and going through city and HOA approvals, and all inspections. Other companies quoted me but did not fully disclose added costs of inspections and add on costs like extra outlets, fans, lights and so forth. When another company said they would put the posts 3' down cause that was all that was needed, this company put the posts 4' down, and insured that the patio structure was not only beautiful, but met windstorm requirements as well.
I have waited 13 years to have my patio built, and couldn't be more excited to finally have my dream patio! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend. From start to finish everyone was so organized and it was seamless. I was amazed daily to see such progress. Jordan is very communicative and responsive, she’s wonderful at being a project manager! The guys all worked so hard and the details were better than we expected. Great price, amazing design and details, efficient daily - I would recommend over and over!! We love our patio so much.

We recently had Apex Patio & Pools install a backyard patio, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. There was no lull in construction activity. Once the project started, the work progressed consistently and sequentially without unnecessary delays. The renderings provided early in the process gave us a clear picture of what to expect, and they provided different renderings upon request. The patio itself is beautifully built, with attention to detail that really shows. We were especially impressed with the masonry work — the brick accent wall with the inset TV and fireplace turned out even better than we had imagined. Apex was also very responsive throughout the entire process. They were easy to reach anytime we had a question. The cost was also right--fair and competitive for the level of craftsmanship and professionalism delivered. We recommend Apex Patio & Pools to anyone looking to build a patio. We are thrilled with our new patio!
